Very nice mobile home park. I gave it 4 stars because the pool is only 3.5 ' deep and, you have to walk your trash to the dumpster. The dumpsters are not close unless you live next to them. The management is great!

I just love this park. It's so well maintained. Who ever is in charge of the grounds do a fantastic job.

55 and up and yes there is a RV area for a extra monthly fee.

Does the 55 and older requirement pertain to the owner on the lease? I qualify but my fiance' is 54. Can she live with me in my home?

If you are 55 and older and your spouse is only 45 then that would work.
