I came to see Dan to deal with severe health anxiety. He had helped me with 1) A triage approach to deal with the immediate (debilitating) effects, and 2) A for-the-future approach to maintain the new-found /developed/cured confidence. It has been successful and this is from someone who is very skeptical about medical "woo." You'd think that the "programming" of the unconscious mind is BS, it is not: teachings come back and appear at later, opportune times. It struck me as the correct balance of results-oriented non-"woo". I highly recommend Dan.

Amazing! I have been on a healing journey for the last 3 years. Doing everything under the sun: talk therapy, therapy classes for PTSD, eating disorders, childhood trauma, GED, ect. I have been meditating with the calm app, life coach, and more. Literally everything there is to try besides hypnosis. I decided it was time to give it a shot, something was missing and it is nice to have coping skills and learn healthy things but it's hard to sit with stuff for a long time and wait for the day for your therapy and healing to really heal the mood and mental health. After hours of research I decided silicon valley hypnosis center seemed like the right fit. At first it felt a little silly, but after my first session I felt alot better. I have had a really bad relationship with my mom my entire life and always suffered because of it. After she died I felt like I could never fully heal without her being alive to do that with. I have always said I forgive her, but have had some stronghold internal conflicts with her death and the past. After working on this with Dan, I have never had such immediate and positive reactions that I had that day with any other therapy. It took about 2 sessions for me to completely turn around my thought process and learn that I have everything inside of me I need to heal and be the healed and nurturer I needed when I was little, I was able to go back and heal my mom and my grandmother and great grandparents also. Generations of pain and suffering had been healed and I am now the healed and the breaker of generational suffering. I am now able to be the mother for me and my children that I always needed. He also helped me with way more efficient coping skills for anxiety and over eating. I highly reccomend to invest in hypnosis at least once to experience ultimate healing and boost your self love and self worth. I felt emptied of alot of negative clutter and felt open space in my mind for new and positive fulfilling thoughts. I am going through absolutely everything right now to bring me down and I honestly feel that if it wasnt for Dan Ross and his hypnosis and his online programs I would be I shambles. I am thriving and I can't wait to see what we will do next to keep building my happiness and success and self love. Everything is inside of you that you need to succeed and heal and Dan Ross will teach you how to do that. He gives you all the tools and answers freely and its up to you to do the work. I must admit I didn’t think I was the ideal client for Dan, as I didn’t have specific goals and I generally felt stuck in several areas of my life. I’d had very long-term struggles which were triggered more recently yet also felt connected to very deep programming. I didn’t fit the quick model I thought I was supposed to, to work with Dan, but I really wanted to work with him. I’m so grateful that Dan was willing to work with me and what I was showing up with, and that he was able to meet me where I was. I wasn’t sure how it would work, with my lack of specific goals, and my sense of overall stuckness and struggle, but once we started working together, I quickly started feeling deep inner material was churning and moving in new ways that were sure to manifest in the real world. Due to my deeper and more global need for transformation, I worked with Dan weekly for several months. I found he has a very grounding and healing presence, he is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, and his methods are very effective. He also offers a video course for self-study which is such a fantastic resource. I really appreciate the concepts and skills I learned from those videos. Through our session work, Dan helped me make peace with aspects of myself and my past that I was before unable to reconcile or make sense of, which had been creating huge blocks to my growth and healing. I became able to see my behaviors and choices much more clearly, and I came further into my power to change in the ways I needed to live the life I’d been wanting. I’ve done many other kinds of therapy and many of them have been valuable, each in their own way. Working with Dan was uniquely beneficial and extremely valuable to my healing and personal transformation. I now have much more self-confidence and self-awareness, and I no longer sabotage myself or abandon myself. I’m also much better able to focus and be productive, as I’ve gotten a handle on the procrastination and overwhelm I used to struggle with so severely. I had been struggling with anxiety issues and panic attacks. To this day I still think about my first session with Mr. Ross. Although he always mentioned that he can't fix our problems so easily like magic, it almost feels like it! He definitely knows what he 's doing, especially when it comes to your needs and what you came for. With hypnosis I really feel like we're going back in time to heal the trauma. I notice the differences in my anxiety levels compared to how I started into the new year. I feel so relaxed!
