I had the bad experience with sale team in the past. I just had another one with service team last week on 8/12/2022. My car was brought in to have wheel alignment. The steering wheel was not centered after alignment. I called in to raise this issue to the service director and was told to bring the car back on 8/13/2022 at 8:00AM . I brought my car back in the next day and was sent home by the service advisor who was assigned to me on 8/12/2022 because a person did the wheel alignment on my car was not there on that day. He told me to come back on Monday. I brought the car back on Monday (8/15/2022) to fix the wheel alignment issue at 8:20AM. I came back at lunch to get my car. I tested the car and it had the same issue, nothing changed. I asked the service advisor to test the car and he confirmed that the steering wheel was not centered. He told me to come back the next day to talk to his service director on 8/16/2022 (they think that I have nothing to do in my life) I went home and sent an email to service director and service advisor and asked them to give my money back because I was not happy with the outcome of the wheel alignment at Mercedes Benz of San Jose. I got a call back from service advisor after an email was sent. The service advisor told me to bring the back before 4:30PM so they can have a foreman to take a look at it. I drove there again in the same day to have the foreman to look at my car. He tested it and he knew there was something wrong with the wheel alignment. He realigned and made the steering wheel centered. My recommendation is that if the second attempt was not working, the service advisor should not sent a customer home instead of calling a foreman or service director to fix this issue right away. I will never come back there again. Here is the picture of the steering wheel after second alignment. It did not look right.

Mercedes-Benz of San Jose provided my first annual service yesterday and they did a great job. I opted to wait and because I was waiting they prioritized my vehicle in line. They provided a comfortable waiting area with indoor or outdoor options. They service my car any reasonably timely manner and everything was done with efficiency and politeness. David was my service advisor and he explained everything to me and even vacuumed the inside of my car before returning it. Awesome job! Thank you so much for the respect that you show to your customers!

Tedi (sales rep) and Demetris (finance) were help and straightforward with the process of purchasing the car. The downside came down to customer service and service department. I was pretty happy with my choice of a family car and I test drove it with everything working well, but then my passenger window wasn't working after two weeks. I was told it went through inspection prior to purchasing and they had it cleaned before handing the keys. So I scheduled an appointment with service and the girl who scheduled the appointment said I would need to request a week or two ahead of a loaner. When I went to pick up my car (after it being there for three days or so), I saw their loaner requirements in their service and parts department, it didn't state that 1-2 weeks window. Feel like they only prioritize customers who buys a Mercedes over a customer who purchases another vehicle even though it's still through them. And to top it off, the service advisor said he asked the manager to approve the repair without charge when they normally don't , but it states it's within warranty. Some customer service... Took them three days to replace a part that they had sitting and it took them three hours to let me know I wouldn't have to take care of the service... And it took them two seconds to decline me a loaner without even a recommendation of using their shuttle busses. I don't know if I would recommend this location.. but at least their sales rep and finance department were professional.

Wonderful experience! Car bought in about an hour! Great inventory even in this hard time also "no markup on price" which is 5 to 10k saving then other dealers out there!

My best suggestion is to go with synthetic oil and also check your owner's manual. It will list all of the scheduled maintenance
Definitely call ahead so you'll hav e a spot with service writer and save the hold-ups . Better intake be process. They have than the average
