The service was great and went threw everything very thorough. The problem I had was we never talked about the price. They showed me all 3 of the orthotics and explain what each one of them does. I came to just get fitted for one which I told them. When finally over I was shown the price. So I was a bit embarrassed when it came to pay. I got what I needed which I felt was to much but I need them at that point.

The associate Charles was very attentive to my needs and listened to what I’d been experiencing after jogs in terms of foot pain and fatigue. I clearly understood each step of the process which he explained. He was exceptionally knowledgeable of the products and described exactly what I was feeling as I was trying out the products in the store. I have to admit that I really felt the benefits but I wasn’t expecting the the amount of investment it would take to further benefit once I left the store. After seeing my hesitancy, I was offered a more economical option. It was explained to me that I could even trade them in for the higher end product if my situation changed which I plan to do by year’s end. Overall I was very pleased with my in store experience and am enjoying my inserts. And my feet no longer hurt after my jogs. Thanks Good Feet!!!!!
