I was calling around all the pharmacies in the Charlotte area trying to find a prescription that is in short supply these days. Cannon told me on the phone that they could get it, but it would be a "special order" and cost $190 despite the fact that my insurance has a $20 copay across the board . I double checked and gave them my insurance information again and they still said it would be $190. I was desperate so I paid, but nothing lined up with my insurance and the information the pharmacy gave me. My insurance claim said they covered $142.42 out of $162.42, leaving the expected $20 copay. Cannon, however, had the copay of $20 printed on the prescription but crossed out WITH A MARKER and $190 written in place. They also show that insurance paid $112.89, which doesn't match anything else. Long story short, I called my insurance and they got suspicious, called the pharmacy, and apparently the pharmacy told them they ran it up as a "cash price" and immediately decided that a refund was in order. Feels like they tried to take me for a ride and didn't expect me to call them out about it. Not pleased, will not be back. I genuinely hope it was a clerical error, but if you are desperate for your medication and the cost doesn't seem in-line with your insurance, go elsewhere.

I have to thank the Pharmacist Amanda!! I am waiting 2 days for my Amazon order of Xeroform and I was turned down by 3 ER and Urgent care for Xeroform. She held some for me while I drove and had them waiting with my name!!! THANK YOU!!

Chantel is a great asset and knows everyone by name. The delivery service is always on time and goes out of their way to make sure your order is received before they leave!
