I did not purchase my car from them, this review is only for the service department. I received a call on March 10 to make an appointment for September for my complimentary oil change, I specifically asked on the phone if they would call or text me a few days prior since it was so far in the future; they said they would. Come today I realize I haven't gotten a call or text from them, I search my old text messages and find a text from March saying my appointment was Sept 10(which already passed.) I called the service department right away to reschedule, I gave her my info and she made a new appointment and told me I could still get my free oil change. Great! I immediately head in, and the guy at the counter David tells me that It's no longer free since I didn't make my original appointment. I ask him if he could do it as a courtesy since I hadn't received a reminder call or text, and since the girl on the phone told me it would be free. He said to speak with his manager. I spoke to his manager Jim, who told me there's nothing they could do and that it was my responsibility to remember my appointments even tho they scheduled it 4 months in advance. Then David suddenly is less friendly and proceeds to tell me I'm irresponsible and asks what I do if I make a doctor's appointment in advance. I tell him my doctor calls a few days in advance to confirm. This is not what I would expect from a service department that deals with customers.

Note: The rating of 3 stars is for Ana Collado, she was helpful, kind, honest and upfront regarding pricing and inventory of the vehicle that I was interested in. However this dealership deserves 0 stars they’re totally price gouging, 5k to 7k over MSRP?! That’s insane!! You have to be super desperate or totally out of your mind if you think that’s a good deal! I understand under the current situation and inflation things went up but there is a line between adjusting prices and taking advantage. If you look at the sticker price you can see that the manufacturer already adjusted their prices. My best advice if you’re looking for a car is to have patience, do your research and walk away from bad deals.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Went in to get a key fob.They quoted me a price over the phone. When I got there the price was more than $100 more. They said 45 minutes (I waited), Finally left after an hour and a half. They called me 4 hours later. When I got there the price was different again and the fob was missing the key ring part. They told me $40 more for the key ring and they would have to send it to a locksmith and charge for labor. I took my old key and left. Lia Toyota is dishonest and disrespectful. EDIT: I have never spoken to Jim on the phone or otherwise. No Idea who he is and I was never offered a discount. Not surprised by the reply.

We have the ability to repaint small portions of cars in house depending upon the extent of damage.
