I want to write a good review, I really do. I have purchased two used cars from here and had a good experience but the service department is really frustrating. I know it’s common to get “ripped off” by dealerships but it doesn’t make it right. Every time I come in my service costs different than the original quote and different from the last service where I do the exact same things. I have been overcharged in the past for oil changes and once they tried to charge me over $100 for a headlight bulb. They also tried to tell me something was wrong with my car and it would be a few hundred bucks to fix, when I went to another mechanic he charged me a quarter of the price and it was a simple computer reset. Today my oil change was supposed to cost $120 but the bill came out to $160 because “they needed to use more oil than anticipated and used 7 quarts rather than 5.” Well, my car only holds 5 quarts so they straight up lied and over charged me. When I approached the girls about it they acted like I was such a big inconvenience and I didn’t know what I was talking about. I still some how left apologizing when they were the ones who blatantly ripped me off! They gave me a refund and the new receipt doesn’t even reflect the same itemization as the first receipt. Nothing seems to add up and I always leave feeling taken advantage of. Just definitely check your receipts and pricing before you leave.

Overall the place is awesome! Been going there for years to get my new cars but only problem I have is the lady at the service desk clearly she doesn’t like her job because I made a mistake and almost took the wrong car (my fault for not reading the name on the paperwork) but even when I came back and told her I have the wrong keys she started mumbling something under breath. She was lucky I didn’t say anything and I just took my keys and left. Overall great place And great service but that lady needs to change her attitude or needs a new job.

My Rav4 needed an ac condenser, my husband call Toyota to see if my car that we bought in May 2020 still had any warranty. The person who answered the phone said "yes it looks like you still have a warranty and this would be covered. I also have cancelation and can get you in 10am the next day" of course we took the appointment. Going in thinking this was going to cost ZERO dollars. My son dropped off my car for me and was told the car wasn't under warranty. I immediately called the service department. After being on hold for a lengthy time I was also told there was no warranty and this was a full out of pocket cost. I told the service, man who was very apologetic for the situation, I understand mistakes happen but someone should stand by this mistake. And then I was charged and extra $30 SHOP CHARGE...WTH I feel if I was the person who ranted and raged I would have gotten a discount, but instead I will calmly leave a bad review on Google 🤔

I cannot express how bad the service at this location is. Over a span of three weeks and 10 calls, I’ve been unable to connect with anyone for a basic servicing. Additionally have reached out about a new part installation and they did not send me the quote and details I needed. I honestly am shocked at how subpar the experience is.
