9/9/22 Stopped in to pickup the race packet for the Half-Moon Outfitters Moonshiner 5K Night Trail Race. Bought some Patagonia women's Capilene thermal baselayers bottoms; Freefly pants; & Bamboo Flex pocket tees. I found a variety of styles, colors and sizes to fit up to a 2 XL. Very pleased with the staff members who greeted me when I arrived and directed me to the items I was interested in buying. Staff member Asher was very helpful and friendly. If you're a fan of outdoor activities you'll want to come here.

Unbelievable customer service. Will went to bat with the manufacturer of my defective boots and got me credit for a new pair. Asher was also very helpful in picking out my new ones. Can’t thank those guys enough!

Called to put a backpack on hold that they had in stock that I've been looking for. They said it was on a 48 hour hold and I came in the next day to find out they sold it for an online order. The people on the end of the Customer Service email were helpful and understanding
