I have been a happy customer here for 5 years! I bought a Mazda 3 from them in 2017, and then upgraded to a VW Tiguan last year. Jeff in the service department is so beyond helpful every time my car needs to be serviced, and always has a loaner ready when I arrive so I can get back on the road. They are ALWAYS honest and quick here. 10/10 service.

Unfortunately, the service department is the worse in this dealership. The manager, Ryan never returns phone calls or replies to emails. He is very good at not acknowledging receipt of documents from insurance company to perform work on my vehicle, despite the evidence that shows that he was lying. I will not bring my vehicle or recommend this dealership.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. In 2016 I financed my first car for a 5 year finance plan. They convinced me to add an extra 2k onto my loan for a warranty that covered (and I quote) “everything is covered except tires, brakes, and rotors”. So I said awesome let’s do it. A year and a half later, my car starts overheating and having all kinds of problems. I bring it back to compass motors and tell them what’s going on and they tell me it’s going to cost X amount of money. To which I said, “I have a warranty I paid an extra two thousand dollars for, it should be covered” they basically shrugged their shoulders and said oh well there’s nothing we can do. The engine then CAUGHT ON FIRE WHILE I WAS DRIVING IT. (I kept up with maintenance such as oil changes, tune ups, etc. My father is a mechanic and always made sure I kept up with the maintenance) Since compass motors refused to do anything for me, even though I paid 2 thousand extra dollars for this exact reason, I was forced to go through my insurance company to buy a new motor for my car. This company is the worst and I will not buy a car from them again and neither will my friends or family after seeing what I went through with them and the lemon they sold me. My advice, do not buy a car from here. And if you do, do NOT fall for the “everything except the tires, brakes and rotors is covered in the warranty” because when the lemon they sell you starts to have issues, they’ll shrug their shoulders at you too and you’ll be stuck paying for a car that doesn’t work just as I did. If I could put 0 stars, I would.
