Found the perfect item for my grand baby!! The workers in the Matthew’s, NC store are amazing!! So helpful with every question and item!! Other “thrift” type stores are not very friendly. Definitely will be back to that location. OUAC keep up the good work!!! Best experience ever!!

I heard my cashier call me a "poor gringa" sarcastically when I was checking out earlier because they only accepted one item from me out of the thirty I brought to sell and was unable to carry it all back to my car due to a knee injury. I hear her talking badly about other customers loudly in Spanish since she assumes certain people won't understand her. Your experience will depend completely on who is working that day. Giving it two stars instead of one because I have had some good experiences as equally as bad ones here. But hearing a racial slur will definitely ruin your shopping experience. Overall good place to buy cheap variety of clothes but I don't understand how they select what they will or won't buy from you.
