Gave my son the wrong antibiotic with a different patient's name on it. Heaven forbid my son had an allergy to the prescription given. Was supposed to receive a phone call back from corporate regarding medical error and near miss, but never did. Second issue: They took it upon themselves to change my prescription to a different form without notifying me, and now will have lapse in taking my medication as I wait for them to fix the issue. You're better off going elsewhere.

Always great service from this pharmacy. Even faster and easier when using the Publix Pharmacy app, using their automatic refills system, paying online for quick pickup, and the refill synch makes things a lot easier. Everyone working here is so nice, professional, and efficient. I love this pharmacy!

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
