The workers are nice but bringing in new clothing with tags still on them meaning that they are brand new and not used and only getting 14$ for a new tshirt never worn 2 pair of old navy jeans never worn is horrible. My second time going first time trying this place out. I will never come back again.

It’s giving racist vibes and employees were rude

I hate that people are subconsciously racist. The young white girl saw me waiting for at least 10 min in line, didn’t even acknowledge me at all. I was the only one in line at the time. Watched her ignore me the whole time. As soon as the her black coworker had finished with the customer she was helping, I stepped forward to her register. At that point, she happily jumped out and very energetically said she could help the next guest which was an older white lady that had just walked up, who she made eye contact with. Unfortunately saying something in person falls on deaf ears so that is why I’m choosing to write it in this review. So that it can be taken seriously by those who really care. I am a mixed black man with locs as a hairstyle. I feel that I was judged and not given the same customer service as the other patrons because of it. While this is not Plato’s closet wrong doing, they do hire a certain type of individual and these individuals should be better cultured and professional.

Worst service ever I left some clothes in the store for selling and I waited for their call or text message that never happened. I showed up in the store they said they donated all the clothes and didn’t give me money, credit store or the clothes that I left. Besides, customer service is lousy.
