Well, you see. The day was January 1st 2021, and the stairs were slippery like they always have been for 6 years, and your landlord is a lazy piece of, well you can fill in the blank. And all through the neighborhood it was quiet as can be, when you fall and break your ribs, on stairs that should have been replaced and fixed years ago. Unless you like living in a place that wouldn't pass state inspections, and enjoy mold, and where everything breaks and never gets fixed I wouldn't recommend it.

I do not know how much, but I do know that's it only includes the rent. Everything else is separate. I was there visiting sorry I couldn't help you more.
