I use green bags. it's easier and I'm 80 years old. My problem is, the drop off is filled to the ceiling with bags jammed against the door making it impossible to fit in my bag. Sometimes I have to make 2-3 trips. Also I count my cans and I am never credited with the right amount. The stores charge for each can why can't I get credit for each one?

If you only have cans that are accepted by the machines, you'll have no problems here and everything will be easy. But if you have to get a hand count and deal with the employees, it's 50/50 whether you get a normal person or a complete a**hole. I've had one employee call me a freak as they handed me the receipt for my hand-counted cans. And more than once I've been refused a hand count because it was "too close to closing." Both times I had fewer than 20 cans and it was 20-30 mins before closing. It would have taken no longer than 30 seconds and they would have had plenty of time for their closing duties. They need to expand the machines to take any and all redeemable recyclables so they can fire all of the (incredibly rude and incompetent) employees.

This place has gone way down hill over the last several years, and even then, it wasn’t that nice to begin with. The concept is great, if it actually worked. But 9 times out of 10, something isn’t functioning correctly when you show up leaving you with a miserable experience or a completely wasted trip. Quite often the pull down door around back that is used to deposit the green bags full of cans is so jammed full that you can’t even fit your bags in there, or you have to practically crawl half way through the opening to force your bag inside. And then forget about it if you need additional green bags or to print new labels… the machine inside is constantly broken. Don’t get me wrong. I’m all for recycling and doing my part to help save the planet, but frankly, this just isn’t worth it anymore. And it’s a shame, because it could be so much better.

Easy to use and easy to collect. There are a lot of stations but wait times do increase during the busy hours. Still, I felt the line moved quickly. The place is relatively clean and it is well staffed.

Yes up to 50 containers
You can pick them up at the Bottle Drop center, Fred Meyer and Safeway.
They are always busy, always a line around the building
It's connected to your email change your name on the email account your logged into with your device
It's been awhile since I last went but I think 8, 3 to your left as you enter and 5 on back wall.
I believe there are workers there that can talk to you about it.
It doesn't matter where your cans are bought. If they are marked on top 'OR 10¢' you get your dime.
Call them
Yes, bring your bottledrop card and they will charge the amount onto the card at customer service. You can get up to two boxes.
The door @Burlingame Freddies closes @8pm.
Yes
No, the green bags go on a card that you can use at participating retailers and get 20% more when you use it to pay. The downside is you can only use it at retailers you don't get cash off of it.
I don't believe there's any difference at all.
I am not sure, they are usually open on Sunday I just don't know about this holiday my guess would be that they are.
They probably didn't think to write it on their Google page. You could call to get the info too. Probably would be a lot quicker than writing a passive aggressive question on their site which they wont likely look at either. Just a suggestion ;)
Water soda coffee beer bottles made of glass, aluminum and plastic. Must have bar code on containers
If you go in & put cans in the machines when you get your receipt from the machine Then you can goto the far right money dispenser machine & use your Green Account Card to put that Receipt $$ on your Bottledrop account Just like the Green Bag minus the $$ taken for the Green Bag or the Counting Fee...!!
Yes just go up to the place and ask someone standing in the line ( that's always there) if they want them someone will gladly take them or just drive up and drop them at the entrance without saying a word then drive away. There will be nothing but confusion for a bit then eventually someone will take them.
The Tigard/Canterbury one is like 5am to 11 pm or something like that....Look up Bottle drop & your area....Check hours there!! Used to be 24/7 not so anymore...
No
No, but you can drop off green bags 24/7
350 cans a day
It usually closes @ 6pm in Canterbury between King City & Tigard OR But probably different hours due to holiday/You can call they're 1800#...!!
I called and they are open regular hours today.
It's basically an unlimited amount but once you enter 350 recyclables into any single machine you are required to return to the end of the original return line.
