Water heater needed to be replaced (no hot water) plus small toilet(S) repair. Came out and fixed small toilet(S) repair for $265 dollars. Never heard from them again. Left me with no hot water. I NEVER RECIEVED A PHONE CALL OR MESSAGE WITH AN ESTIMATE TO REPLACE THE WATER HEATER. IT TOOK LESS THAN A MINUTE TO DIAGNOSE THE WATER HEATER. IT COST $265 DOLLARS TO REPLACE A FLAPPER AND THE OTHER NEEDED FLUSH VALVE WITH FLAPPER.

Questions & Answers

Is there a valve under house to let water flow to septic or do I need you to come out. Everything is tied in.

No valve

Hi I recently purchased a home in which the previous owner began to finish the second floor and put a bathroom in there. The plumbing drain lines along with water lines were roughed in and sealed. Everything was permitted.
