The same woman you have above mentioned was rather sweet and helpful to me... It seems that possibly the attitude she was addressed with may have been poor or impolite, as you seem hell bent on making her life miserable. It's not up to us to judge others- You don't know what is going on in her life. Maybe her husband passed away a year ago and the holidays are hard for her. One can never assume another's actions.
