Restrooms are blocked by a gift card rack. Are they closed? Not in operation? Your folks dont want to clean them? Whats the deal? Middle of the day saturday and your restroom are not available? Everything else in the store is fine. Relatively clean. 4 employees so there are no lines at the counters.
