Dove's Landing Urgent Care

I normally don’t mind Dove’s Landing. Both my cardiologist and my primary are there and I’ve come to understand the way they work but yesterday I had to go into urgent care because my primary couldn’t fit me in for a sick visit and let me tell you, if you’re going to work in medicine maybe don’t be afraid of sick people. I tested positive for Influenza A and if the PA could have talked to me from the hallway, he would have. No physical exam despite my complaint that it hurt to breathe and that my lymph nodes were so extremely painful, just a “there’s nothing we can do, just go home and treat the symptoms.” Alright, cool. Sorry to expose you to my cooties.

5/29/22…….went in for Asthma attack……was seen within 3 minutes. Was able to address the problem & leave feeling good. They were very professional & caring. So glad they were able to help.

This is the most uncaring office I’ve ever been in. I can see way there wasn’t anyone here. It took an hour and there wasn’t anyone here. Then a couple came in and they bypassed me for them. Very inconsiderate, should I have acted like a crazy person and the they would have taken me first, after all I was here before them. I will never come back here again. SORRY PLACE That’s why Oroville Hospital has such a bad reputation because of customer service to all, should be the same. My last time!!!

Worst place I've been to nurse practitioner seems like an AI. A lot of hummm oooo hummmm didn't even take the time to check my how my lungs were working. My symptoms diarrhea for 3 days puking for three days red swollen puffy eye. Her answer hummm if it gets worse you might want to go to the emergency. I sat there for an hour and a half after my appointment time. What a sad sick joke wouldn't even give him one star.
