I stopped in on Tuesday afternoon and bought a half dozen cupcakes (randomly selected six from their display case). The staff was very pleasant, attentive, and helpful. When we sat down about four hours later to eat them (they were stored at room temperature in the box provided; wife and I selected one each from the box) they were both well decorated but overall very disappointing. The cakes were both lacking in flavor and very dry and fell apart to the point that they were reduced to crumbs on the plate. The frosting was flavorful, hard on the outside, and soft on the inside. Maybe this was a one-off experience (I’m not sure as this was the first visit)… we might try them again, but it’ll be a while.
