After I moved to this side of town I did not have many options as far as pediatricians go. I read the reviews and was very wary about bringing my kids here. They greatly exceeded my expectations! I honestly can't believe some of the negative reviews on here. Maybe once or twice I had an issue with getting through on the phone. Wait time as with most Drs offices can be a bit grueling but never waited more then 30 min at most which is not bad compared to many Drs offices. The desk staff have always been respectful and kind. They worked with me when I couldn't give a copay right away. The PA'S and assistants are Amazing at this office! I mean wonderful. Patient and kind not to mention extremely caring and attentive! My son was very sick at the end of 19 beginning of 2020 and they literally kept him in office for an hour making sure he had his breathing treatments and had zero wheezing when he left. Sent him to a specialist to be on the safe side for an irritated area on his toe and scalp to be sure it wasn't cancer. I had two other four star pediatricians prior to here and I have to say in both the Drs we're rude and did not spend much time with the kids and were short tempered. We saw Dr.Rendon a few times and he was as wonderful as his staff. I am sad to say I have to leave this office due to my company changing insurance. I will greatly miss this Pediatrician as I have not experienced such care from medical staff since I moved here from CT 12 years ago. I highly recommend them and would give ten stars if I could.

My biggest issue with that office is their phone service, I can never get anyone on the phone, sometimes the phone be ringing for 10 minutes no one answers. For that reason only I might change doctor because I don't the time to keep on going to the office every time I need to schedule an appointment or need something.

Early or on time you still wait 45 plus minutes in the limited occupant lobby. No outside seating. Nothing to distract small children. Calling just to speak to someone, the "appointment" holding line, RIGHT NOW 22 minutes on hold and havent spoke to one person. I have two children that go here and after 2 and half years, im starting to reconsider
