We had one of our cars taken there for brake pads and rotors. I understand shop labor charges and all, but they charge double on the part prices as well. I received the excuse of “well it is a shop so there is a bit of a markup” I would say 100% is more than a bit. $132 for brake pads? $270 for rotors? These items are half that price from NAPA which is where they claimed to get them.

I initially left a poor review previously but my most recent experience has changed my mind about this late. I booked an oil change online and talks to the store manager about what I needed and he made the process easy and pleasant.
