The biggest scam ever !! I went in to sign my lease and I was never told, I’ll have to pay (first month rent + Utilities) on the 1st of august but won’t be able to move until the 18th of august. Then it’s not luxury apartments, don’t let the pictures fool you all. It’s basically a dorm built apartment, you are better off living on campus (honestly)…you all been warned.

I moved into the armstrong in october of 2022 and since then maintenance has been my favorite part of living here. any issues i submit, they come by a lot of the times that same day. the pool is really nice, not too crowded and maintenced well. the staff in the front office is always friendly too. i've already renewed for next year. i highly recommend living here for students

The staff is friendly, professional, and customer service oriented. While maintenance has their hands full, they still do a really good job taking care of hundreds of requests. It's unusual to have rent this cheap and outstanding service.Thanks for the kind words about our team, customer service, and maintenance. We really appreciate it and think our price and location can't be beat!
