If they were a bigger sized store with more selections I would definitely give them 5 stars, that’s my only complaint, other than that the staff is friendly, and the store is nice and cozy for quiet reading.

I’ve seen bus station bathrooms that were cleaner than the ones at this location. Don’t know what it is, but every time I’ve been, it looks like a flash mob went off in the toilet after a long night eating eating bad clams. Paper towels everywhere except in the overflowing trash bins, dispensers always broken or empty and what appears to be black mold growing around the sink. On the plus side, their toy selection has grown bigger than their book selection…so there’s that to look forward to.

I am a fan for life. The store is always clean. The service is always professional, efficient, and cordial. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Their inventory is massive. Finally, they allow me to read as long as I want without being disturbed, unless it is closing time. I never want to leave.
