Usually a good job, but recently have dipped in quality. Didn’t get a full detail or anything but the barely wiped the dash/inside of the windows. Smudges and dust on almost every panel still.

STAY AWAY if you can on 12th of May the personal relocated the vase while washing my car, hit the vase on the pavement then put it back in my car and secured it as "nothing happened" NOBODY TOLD ME ANYTHING When I brought the vase to my friend and unwrapped the bag I WAS SHOCKED - IT WAS BROKEN TO PIECES I brought it up to the managers - and they started to secure and cover for their stuff It is EXTREMELY RARE you'll encounter lying improper business behavior in such a small community as San Clemente PURE SHAME to the personal, managers and THE OWNER who hires this stuff Management acted as "they can't do anything" and I felt that if I'll persist on investigation, something worse will happen - they can simply scratch my car with the keys, steal something from the car, and continue damaging my property FOR MY MONEY, as it's absolutely clear now that When you get here know - ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN and NOBODY will stay responsible or even do anything STAY AWAY
