Appointment time with doctor was for 1PM and was called back by technician pretty close to that time. By 2:30 I still had not been seen by doctor and he went on break with patients still waiting to be seen. I had to leave because of other commitments. I took time off from work to go to my appointment, spent quite a bit of gas getting to my appointment and was there in plenty of time before my appointment time only to have to sit and wait. I'm sorry, if you're going to schedule an appointment, the office should make every effort to see patients as close to there scheduled time as they can. Not 1 1/2 hours after appointment time. I'm not even going to go into the issues with my second surgeries. Just leave it at I should never have had the cataract surgery until later on and then insisted on getting the multi-focal lenses or found another clinic.

Save your time and find somewhere else instead of dealing with not getting a answer every time you call to ask a question and even though i left multiple voicemails I still haven't gotten any call back. Find a place that actually cares about your well being. I think Amanda needs more training on being a little more professional when talking to people because she's pretty rude.

They won’t never answer the phone when you called and tried to talk to someone to see if your glasses came in they don’t never call you back and tell you if your glasses came in I called today about 30 times and they won’t answer the phone I even left a message at the front Desk And she said she was going to get deleted the message never called back today
