12 weeks out from lower back with new titanium parts. Wish I had done it earlier within 6 weeks about 80% and 12 weeks 90%. No offshore fishing or barrel racing yet but at least one of the two will be back! Now 6 months out cleared for anything - no issues or pain

No, the TOPS procedure is in trial. I have 2 partners doing the trial. It is a facet replacement procedure. I am currently doing lumbar disc replacements in clinically indicated patients.
