-HIGHLY RECOMMEND. -Within 30 minutes of calling Associated Heating & Air Conditioning, Jacob, the technician assigned the service order, had called me to schedule service. -Although I couldn’t see him that day, the order went back into the pool and was reassigned to Austin the next day. -Both technicians were extremely professional, thorough, and personable. -I did not have to wait for the administrative assistant/ secretary to answer my phone call, set up my account as a new customer, and assured me the service would be completed in a timely manner—within 48 hours. she was true to her word .

You have to call them
It is difficult to describe a basic system. It depends upon the type of system you have in, what you want to replace your system with (ex. go from a furnace and a/c unit to a heat pump), what SEER rating you want (14 SEER is minimum), what tonnage system you will need. Also, do you have ductwork already in place or will you need a power upgrade, etc. If you call 336-667-7012, we can give you a better idea of what to expect.
