While I am confident this tour would have been informative regardless of the tour guide, Brian was phenomenal. He was personable, relatable, and engaged with his "little birds". He encouraged us to ask questions, no matter the content, and he did his best to provide us with information. The entire tour had a variety of stops, including the Oculus, the first station to respond, the tower sites, etc. He gave us information about the kinds of trees planted around the WTC site, and shared with the group that they share seeds of those trees with other cities who face disasters as a symbol of togetherness and rebirth. If possible, we would have been happy to have Brian take us on a whole tour of New York! Many thanks to Brian for making the start of our day in New York excellent.

Self guided tours ran out of battery. We were told to download an app which took a long time. Would have been nice to have done the tour with more information and guidance.

Our guide was friendly, personable, and informative. A great way to tour 9/11 memorial and be reminded of what happened that tragic day. One of the best walking tours that I’ve been on.

Our tour guide Richard presents a compelling, heart-felt story of his and many other experiences on that fateful day. He weaves a succinct thread of amazing facts about the rescue, the high prices paid for those that continued working at the tragic site, and introduces listeners to the reconstruction process many years in the making. We booked our trip thru Viator and were extremely happy with the tour and specifically Richard.
