I came to this place for the first time today to watch Elvis. These two stars that I am giving to this place goes to the seats, literally best seats I ever experienced at a cinema! The place is beautiful renovated. I am very sad that the service was so bad. I had an idea of how bad the service was because I looked at other reviews, but let me tell you… it is really that bad, like actually the worst. I waited the entire movie for the server to come to my seat and take my order, but that did not happen. You push that bottom and you think it does not works, so you stand up (not very luxurious to do so) and look for your server, but that person es nowhere to be around. Off course I quickly went back to my seat, because that Elvis movie was the best and didn’t want to miss a bit, but yeah…. Sadly a horrible service, I came in with no expectations yet they still disappointed me. People that place is pricey, do not waste your money there, like seriously you most definitely will feel robbed.

If all you want to do is see a movie - fine. However, we were the first in the theater and it took two hours to get our drinks. When we first ordered, the server didn’t even know what a double was. He has to come back 30 minutes later because they were out of what we ordered. 30 minutes after that we pressed the call button because we still didn’t have our drinks, and they took another 30 minutes to come to our seats. After having to reorder again, we got our drinks as the movie was wrapping up. Nice atmosphere, but they have a long way to go before the service is anywhere close to where it should be.

This is one of the best movie experiences I have ever had. This facility is located inside the complex of stores on the north side of the intersection of Main Highway, Macfarland road, and Grand avenue. There is a parking lot in the complex, street parking, or you can uber to the location. The cinemas are located on the 3rd floor of the north end of the complex of stores. You can get to the third floor utilizing stairs or escalators. The entrance is wide and leads you to a bar where drinks can be ordered. You can either buy tickets online or there are kiosks in the lobby. There is a nice area to the right of the lobby where you can sit and enjoy your drinks while waiting for your theater to open. The theaters open about 45 minutes prior to movie time to allow you to order and eat before the main event. Our theater had about 7 rows of about 10 first-class size and style seats. Each seat reclines and has a button to call for a server and a table to put your food. You can order throughout the movie. The food was delicious, the staff was exceptionally friendly and we saw Top gun movie so it was a great experience. The price was a little high but I definitely thought it was worth it.

My husband helped with the recent renovations. So he wanted to show me his hard work and labor. This is the best movie theater I have ever been to. We have been here 2 within 2 weeks. Great experience, great food, great scenery, good prices. 10 out of 10, I will recommend
