Check different internet sites, as they are usually better than local prices. Also, look for weekends specials, 3 days for $10/day, etc. Your auto insurance may cover the rental car insurance. Some credit cards also cover all the add-on costs.
Yes they will. Be prepared for a higher deposit and extra verification of residency. They will hold a 200 deposit plus rental cost on debit card. Deposit usually is returned 3-5 days after rental drop-out.
I don't think that would be possible with a rental car. But you could call and ask.
Bout 300$ unless you got a credit card and full coverage insurance then 200$ 50$ deposit
