Very professional... Whatever that means anymore. Truly a small business where everyone cares about their customers and maintaining a great family owned business! Very much recommended if you are of a mind to support your neighbors and purchase from folks that live in the same town as you! Good service, nice friendly folks, and most important, willing to deal with a customer that has no interest in "financing" the purchase of a commercial grade mower. It is refreshing to know that there are still businesses that respect the maxim that cash is king and banks, like politicians are not "required" in our daily lives and business!
