Gave one star for the food being somewhat ok- even though the burgers, me and my husband ordered, were over cooked. It was a very odd service, not to mention, it seemed as though there was only one girl serving food, while a guy in a cowboy hat, watched her every move and felt very uncomfortable and creepy…. It seemed the food wasn’t worth the money- or the uncomfortable long wait….

It seems like it should be an upscale place by the decor but, it is a little more than a sports bar with restaurant prices.

There is truly no place like home! No need to go out of town for fine dining. Uptown Bar & Restaurant has more than satisfied us and it's right here in our little home town of Oxford.

The food was superb,wonderful atmosphere with live music. The staff super friendly. I most definitely will go back again.
