If your order is already picked you will be in and out in about 1 hr if not you will be here for hours waiting for them to pick it, it should not take 3+ hours to pick product that’s is a big size I have about 12 pallets and it took almost 3 hrs for them to pick it not even a half trailer load full and they put majority of the weight on the drives

Although our appointment was at 8 am, and we arrived at 7:40, there was a crowd of other trucks already there. Seems like everyone must have had the same time to arrive. Finally was given a door to back in to right before noon. Then…nothing. They must have gone to lunch. Still sitting here waiting and waiting! Hope I get out of here before 4 pm, when their day is done. The employees are friendly though, which is why they got 2 stars. Hope we are never assigned to bring anything here again.

Arrived 1030 departed 1125. Great place nice people. This is my 2nd visit and both has been alike. Thank you. As far as direction as you approach around the curve turn left on Certaineed Dr then 1 st Rt is entrance.
