As far as fast food chains go the food is to be expected, however, the incompetent service I have gotten continuously from this Burger King is ABSOLUTELY baffling. Most of the times I order a double whopper without cheese in a large meal and a drink no ice and nuggets with BBQ sauce. Simple enough right? Some how and in some way every single time something is missing or just plain wrong, every single time. At this point it is guarantee that either I will have no sauce and have to go back to get some even after I ask at the window, to which I get attitude because I asked for the sauce at all or the drinks have ice in it or even worse there's cheese on the burgers and I normally don't make a deal of it but I am allergic to cheese. This is everytime and nothing is ever done correctly. This causes issues for me as it usually is gor my work lunch for the next day so this causes issues in that aspect as well. I don't tend to leave poor reviews but this has happened far too many times and if this wasn't the only Burger King in Johnson City I would have stopped going FOREVER ago. Please do better Burger King.

Whopper was underdone. The taste was off which made me look at the patty, blah. There have been some issues with our order being correct several times in the last few months. Please slow down and remember to check those tickets.

This has to be among the last great Burger King locations left in my travels at least. Sometimes you just want a Whopper!🍔 Anyway I’m glad this location is still kickin’ ‘cause our other JC locations have long since closed. The service here is friendly and they love my old car! There’s a cleaning lady in the lobby bustin’ her chops to help everyone feel welcome and I just love that! I’m glad I stopped by and I hope the “King” can take a few pointers from this location.

Food is usually good. They always mess up orders though. Always. Today for example. Was at work, Someone decided they were going to go to BK for food. When they got there they called me for my order. I gave it to them. They repeated it back to cashier. Get back to office. And, the bun has sesame Seeds on it(I can't eat the seeds.). Don't have time to go back so, ended up having to eat a whopper minus the bun. Not really a whopper at that point... Not the first time they've messed this up. Probably won't be the last.
