We drove all the way from Louisiana to stay the night here. When we arrived they told us we didn’t have a room even though we had a confirmation number. The staff told us they didn’t have a room clean. We checked in around midnight so in our opinion all available rooms should have been cleaned already. Eventually they gave us someone else’s reservation, however when checking in they asked if my husband has an ID! They assumed that because he was Hispanic he didn’t have ID!!! We are an active duty military couple and would never stay here again due to the disrespect!

Got to the hotel after hours, was told it would be no issue just call the 500 number off the lobby phone. My wife and I stood out there for 20 minutes calling without any response. The most frustrating part was another visitor told us she had just been outside assisting him, and not too long after you could hear her rustling in the back. I will NEVER waste my money here again, the holiday inn across the road is a much better place to spend your money. Thankfully we were able to get a refund from hotels.com after they called and were unable to reach them either. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Suppose to be a smoke free facility. The whole building smells likes cigarette smoke. Always yelling in the hallways. Carpets are nasty in the hallways. Room was not cleaned. We had to ask for a broom our selves to sweep the floor before we set any of our luggage down. One of the burners on the stoves doesn’t work. Toothpaste, old shampoo an other stuff all over the bathroom shelve. Fridge had not been cleaned since previous person ! Save your money an go else where !!!

People, this is a company that repeatedly over-bills or overcharges people. If it happens once it is just incompetence on part of an individual employee. Just read some of the reviews on Booking travel website. You will hear horror stories of overcharging but no rectification of the charges. You will be routinely get charged linen service fee when you never got it. This manager who routinely posts here to call him will never respond to emails or phone calls. If you decide to stay here watch your hotel charges like a hawk because you don’t know if its just incompetence or something worse. I myself had to get help from a third party company after over-billing by this hotel and it took me months to resolve. Good luck!
