Love this place! Going on 5 years here. Nothing fancy, just good people that want to come and enjoy some quiet time. Charlie and Pat are wonderful owners of the campground. Close to Ashville, Black Mountain, and Chimney Rock if you do want to venture out.

They have 5 sites. They on the creek. $ 25 a night. Normally used for camper but owner will probably let you tent. Just call them
$135/month includes water and electric. There's no water in the winter months. I am not aware of any campers currently for sale but they do come on the market regularly
It’s pretty close. The driveway separates the river from the camp site
