Superrrrrrrrr overpriced!! I do not recommend this place my poor hubby got ripped off with a 14kt gold suuuuperrr thinnn superrrr hollow superrrrrr small chain and pendant it is super light weight all together Im pretty sure not even 2gram gold. If I’d known he was getting me a gift from here I would’ve stopped him since I’ve checked this place out before but since I know of gold prices and jewelry I stayed away, now it is too late and I feel bad telling him how bad he got ripped off so now Im stuck using a jewelry piece that I know cost my husband to get ripped off by these thieves. Please buy your gifts else where there are a lot of nice reasonable quality jewelry stores out there. Research your jewelry stores. I can asure you hands down there are better places with better quality and super better prices.

Really bad service! Took my bracelet to get fixed. I was told it would be ready within a few days. Called 5 days later to find out if my bracelet was ready for pick up. When the guy answered the phone he told me to wait 2 more days. Total of 7 days! Called them back after the 2 days they had promised me it would be done ( the bracelet).. when I called the store (Lupita’s Jewelers) A lady answered and told me they were still ordering or waiting on the parts🤦🏽 for my bracelet. At that point I just told her I would be there in 1 hour to pick up my jewelry, I told her not to work on it.. bad service!!! Will NEVER do business with them again!! They will Lie to you, be careful you have been warned.. I attached the receipt and business card.
