Why arent prices listed whats the con here? You charge according to the customers appearance? Even Red lobster has current fish market prices listed. The catalog is useless please list prices so i can build with known cost.

Went in today.. Love the selection of hardwood. Great products. And employees are very helpful at answering questions. My first time at lumber yard and I'm new to buying lumber per board feet. I sincerely felt I was overcharged and taken advantage of as staff had a sense that I was new to lumber shopping and unfamiliar with price per board feet. I bought 2 pieces Walnut. 1- 8ft x 12.5 in x 1.25 in and 2nd- 8ft x 9.5 in x 1.25. I was charged for 30 board feet. I went home and discussed with an experienced wood worker and he explained that I should have been charged for 20-23 board feet maximum. Very big disparity...so definitely disappointing. I'll probably go and try Reel Lumber in Riverside and see if they are fair with charging per square footage Definitely willing to change my review if staff is willing to fix this issue. Have my receipt in hand.

Customer service is out of this world. Only had to shoot off a few emails to get what I needed delivered. Fast, easy to work with, and affordable. Most of the other suppliers in SoCal either didn't carry what we needed or charged absurd fees for delivery. Special shout out to Bret R. for going the extra mile. Will be our first call every time.
