Hello, I want to know if a campsite is available for year round living, and if so, how much does it cost and what's included in the lot fee? Are there any campers for sale on a year round lot? Could you let me know when one is for sale?

$135/month includes water and electric. There's no water in the winter months. I am not aware of any campers currently for sale but they do come on the market regularly

It’s all year round but water is only on from April until usually December 1 depending on weather. Lot rent is 1550 a year and there maybe a couple of lots available and campers on existing lots come up for sale from time to time.

It is a seasonal campground April to November Water is normally turned off At the end of November and turn on around April 1 Lot rent was just recently increased to $ 1620 per year Lot rent includes Electricity and Water Or $ 135 per month. I believe it is full. Most people buy a camper to get the lot. I believe there are a few campers for sale
