Advantage Lumber is one of the best companies I have worked with over the years. The product is always top notch and their customer service goes above and beyond. My last order was a perfect example of this. I only needed 124 SF of Garapa for a small covered porch. Unfortunately they didn't have any in stock. Rather than leave it at that and send me on my way, the internet sales manager Jon contacted the mill in Grover directly and had Corey get in touch with me. Corey let me know what was in transit from Brazil and when it would be here. Even though it was a small order he worked up an estimate the same day and sent me a quote. After that I was able to pay over the phone with help from Craig. Got a call from Craig when the material was ready (almost to the day Corey said it would most likely be ready). Went directly to the mill and picked up my order with the help of the two wonderful ladies in the front office and three helpful gentleman who loaded it for me while I waited. And of course the final product is as beautiful as always.
