Lease & Rental agreement should provide that information prior to occupants moving in. Grover Police Cleveland County sheriff's department Cleveland County NC Register deeds Betsy Harnage could explain owner. Rental agreement is the legally binding contract.

Witnesses saw Robert Michael Heath take financial records documents from Towery Maurice Burris home. He is now claiming to own the property. Maurice owns the property we have copies of original records. Who should we pay rent to?

Are residents to contact the Sheriff' dept or Grover police about properties owned by Clyde Huffman beneficiary. There is different stories of ownership in part to estate paperwork being stolen in 2015.

This matter has been presented before Grover Town Hall members and Police. Towery Maurice Burris-Hunt is recognized as the 2013 beneficiary of Clyde Huffmans Sr estate. The estate was settled with KM Attorney Scott E Cloniger and Micky Corry being retained. Occupants of properties are always advised to keep copies of rental & agreements payment receipts.
