Extremely hot and people are not so friendly and extremely happy to gossip! I've worked in manufacturing for years and I've worked at some bad places BUT never anything like this! They have a very high turn over rate and alot of unsafe practices and me and some of the people I came with were not even there long. Then they have a practice we're they only put women on certain operations and will say it openly and that to me is discrimination because u can't go off of past people you've had on certain operations. I truly see why they can't keep people and we were getting paid 25$ an hour through a temporary service and their own people are not making that for those conditions.those people need better pay because some of them work very hard.
