Overall good experience. Good prices. Had an irreparable bit of damage a while back on my BMW X3 tire. Tires were still solid, so they replaced the single tire with a matching one. Was great - until I drove out of the parking lot and the Beemer bounced up and down unbelievably. Apparently the BMW sensors get into a hissy if the tires are even SLIGHTLY different sizes - as putting a new one on across from one with 10K miles on it. Would think that a company going by "Just Tires" would have known that.

My name is Michael J Falco. I’m a resident of Clayton North Carolina. On the way home from work today I got a nail in the back driver side tire. And my tire was going flat. I drove to pep boys auto Who informed me that they were to busy do take care of my car. I went to another competitor’s store who also told me I did not have time and really didn’t even want to talk to me. When I came here to just tires I met Chris whoWelcomed me into his amazingly clean store. Lent me a sympathetic ear. Didn’t charge me an arm and a leg and fixed my tire. As I waited the 15 short minutes it took,I was able to sit down and watch TV and have ice water. I don’t think you understand during these hard times how much this meant to me. All prices are before tax. For cars, the 3-year alignment program is $179.99, and a 1-time alignment is $89.99. For vans, SUVs, and trucks, the price is $189.99 for the 3-year alignment program, and a 1-time alignment is $94.99. Specialty vehicles or vehicles with after - market parts that alter factory specs may cost extra. Vehicles that exceed 10,000 lbs in weight cannot be lifted.
