Although I cannot speak to the salon services themselves, I can speak to the poor professionalism and customer service. I called this evening at 6:05, and didn’t get an answer (which is okay! I understand things get busy). I received a call back but without any caller id and no identification when I picked up the phone. I asked if I could be squeezed in for a full set. I stated that I understood that the salon was close to closing time, and if they couldn’t take me, that was ok. The woman on the phone was laughing the second I asked the question and didn’t stop at all. To me, this is extremely unprofessional and I will not be taking my business here.

Friendly and fast. My first manicure so I don’t have a lot to compare to. I was a bit unfamiliar with the procedure and felt dumb for not knowing the nail lingo. The interior could use a little help, stuff every were.

The lady who did my nails was super sweet and she followed the design perfectly! I told her about my bad experience at a different nail salon and she reassured me that she could do better. She did just that. She did my nails exactly like the design and she was very gentle with my hands. This is hands down the best place to get your nails done in asheville!! 10/10 experience!

I had a wonderful experience here! Not only are the nails beautiful, but the people who work here are so nice and personable. Service was efficient and well done. I will be back again.
