I worked there for 5 years in the food service department. For the most part, I felt that the residents enjoyed their dining experience. It’s was always about ensuring that we provided them with the best “Quality of Life”we could offer! It is in my opinion, upper management needed to relax and trust the Culinary professionals “ to run the show”., since it it was our expertise. It’s been 1 year since I moved on. Hopefully, all is well and the residents are flourishing and nutritionally healthy!

HORRIBLE facility to work for ! They do not have 1 care for they employees , they assign u to 10 patients a day and make u lift heavy patients and if u cant lift them by your self or if u ask for help , they will see that as “not being able to do the job” they use u & they are very nasty. They hand out food to the patients without even washing their hands . The director in dementia department ALICE & YU CHING are HORRIBLE ! & very very racist they talk to you like you are a slave ! THEISHA GIBBS does not care about the employees opinion or if the employees is struggling with a patient she will fire u if ALICE says other wise. Very unprofessional ‼️

We are very pleased with the care my sister receives daily in the memory care section. She is always very clean, her living quarters are very clean, the staff is attentive and extremely patient. Visitor feel good from the moment they enter the facility with a friendly and happy welcome whenever we visited.

I have volunteered here before. I've done arts and crafts with the seniors and participated in a party for them. It is a beautiful place with friendly workers
