I rarely post reviews but I must say this is the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. I went to the service department there for a nail in my tire, they wasted my time then promised me my car for the next day. When I arrived the next morning, the car was not ready: they presumably had ordered a tire but it never arrived. Nobody bothered calling me to tell me not to come. No apologies, nothing. I am still waiting for someone to answer the email I sent. I am so glad I took my car somewhere else where I was charged HALF of the cost they were quoting me!!!
