I Richard just passed my Road test today, thanks to red-haired Examiner Jennifer #848. She is a person who makes you feel comfortable and was very patient with me. I want to clarify these bad comments towards her, since today I witnessed an attack on her for allegedly being racist. That's not true, thank you Jennifer God bless you.

Got there at 1140 for a 12:00 road test soon we pulled up the examiner was ready really sweet lady ID number 466 fairly easy test there’s a stop sign at like every corner and your just going around the block turn right,Uturn,turn left, turn right park and your done only thing confused me was the first right I wasn’t sure when to go or not it was a weird block but I PASSED !!!

No you can now take the permit test online from home or at the Dmv office in Yonkers ny
Not pm the day of the test. That's an auto fail if they spot you in the area warming up prior to the road test

No. It's not an actual office. Just a street where driving tests start.
They do not have it posted publicly online. I was just there last week. I can give you the breakdown if you'd like.

Yonkers office would be your closest office for the permit written test
This site is for road tests only. It's not the dmv. You can try asking dmv.gov about returning plates.
Learners permit test are conducted at Dmv offices only..New Rochelle site is only for in car road test only

Perry. There is no DMV location in New Rochelle, only test site. There is DMV in Yonkers and another DMV location in White Plains.
