Try going in around 10am on a Sunday because it says they’re open at 10am. Door is locked and I was met by an employee that was very very rude telling me the store didn’t open till 12. That’s fine, just fix your hours on google or even the door. And the experience I had with the employee was just awful, very rude.

Love Love their products and they always have deals.. very affordable. Once you use them.. You will want to always buy them. The freshness and smells definitely are amazing and taunting. Also awesome for gifts!!!

I love bath and body works and probably spend 100$ a month there mostly at this store. Going forward I will spend my money online- not because of anything except the manager/supervisor. A kind employee was helping me and the manager stepped in and let me know the discounts were only online and to do my shopping there. Based on that interaction I made the decision to contribute my sales to the website and not this persons bonus check. I do think it’s ridiculous that the sales online do not match those in store considering the fact that brick and mortar retail struggles so much. At the same time after being treated this way (not to mention a girl following me with a headset like a criminal also left distaste in my mouth) I will shop online if I do at all. When I spend that much money at the store and get treated like a thief or inconvenience I am hard pressed to remain a customers. I will miss leaves but I won’t miss being treated this way so it should balance out.

Wouldn’t recommend this location management is so rude and unwelcoming. Had a coupon that just wouldn’t scan and they wouldn’t even honor it.
