I never give reviews but I have to do this one. My appointment was at 10:00am but was running late At 10:15 am, Chaz called me and said I had to reschedule. I apologized and told her I was almost there with a 10:18am arrival but she still refused to accommodate me and said she might (probably) be able to do it at 12:00pm. When I got there at 12:00pm she was working on someone’s hair and had several people waiting. I think she had over booked clients that day and found a reason to cancel my appointment. Keep in mind my previous appointment with this same lady, I was on time but sat on a chair waiting for her to finish another client for over an hour. I was lucky was able to find another shop close by who were able to accommodate me since I was traveling the same day. I sent Chaz a message that I no longer needed to reschedule to please refund my deposit. Chaz has refused to refund my deposit. I will not fight with her, she can keep it. Will not be returning to this shop.
