Súper horrible bad service everyday you have the customer service representative in the front and we have to ask for the IPAD to deposit because they didn’t have customer service attention the line is stock because only one cashier is doing all work sometimes the lines goes through the doors and is the same horrible and I don’t understand I wait for the last minute and didn’t go to others location that provide good customer service less than 1 stars for this location 22 minutes for 4 person in front of me

I felt very welcome from the moment i walked in. I was skeptical about opening a savings account in this location because of prior reviews, but to my surprise i found their customer service to be top notch. I want to thank the management and employees for a job well done. I will continue doing business with Bank of America at this location.
